Situation

A client is paying you

You did the work, or you’re about to, and the client says they’d rather pay in USDT than by bank transfer. That changes a few things you normally never think about. You need an account that can receive the coin, and the client needs a network as well as an address, and one of you pays a small fee to move it. Crypto payments also can’t be pulled back the way a card payment can, which is good once the money is in your hands and bad if you’ve been fooled into thinking it arrived. The guides here follow that order: agreeing terms, sending the right details, writing an invoice the client’s accounts team will accept, and spotting the payment tricks aimed at freelancers.
